Heather Wyrick has been with KME since 2007. She began as a pubic school teacher in Southern California and was looking for way to move to our beautiful state while also continuing to teach children. Heather graduated with a B.A. in Liberal Studies and minored in Theatre Arts. She completed her teaching credential and Masters in Education at UC Davis and also holds a current MT K-8 teaching certificate. Her desire to meet and impact every student at his/her own level and her curiosity about Montessori drew her to KME. She has since completed both Montessori Elementary I and Elementary II credentials. Heather has also enjoyed working with children over the summer, providing tutoring, as well as soccer and drama camps through Woodland Montessori’s summer camp program. Heather lives in the Flathead Valley with her two beautiful daughters, Aurora and Brooke. As a family they love taking advantage of hiking, kayaking, biking, and having Glacier National Park in their “back yard.”

Angela Hong joined KME in 2013 after spending 9 years at Woodland Montessori where she was a certified 3-6 Early Childhood teacher. In her past life, she ran her own business as a residential designer. She received her bachelor’s in architecture from California Polytechnic San Luis Obispo in 1995, with a minor in psychology. She then went on to the University of Oregon for her master’s in architecture, focusing on Sustainability and Children’s Spaces.
